Can I leave a specific amount?

Yes, you can leave a fixed amount, a percentage of your estate, or specific assets like property or shares.

Can I leave a gift in memory of someone?

Yes, a gift in memory allows you to honour a loved one while supporting the work of Bright Charity.

Do I need to inform Bright Charity if I include them in my will?

While it’s not required, letting us know allows us to thank you for your generosity in person and helps us plan for the future.

Can I change or update my gift?

Yes, you can amend your will at any time to reflect changes in your wishes.

Will my gift be used in a specific way?

You can specify how you’d like your gift to be used, or allow Bright Charity to allocate it where it’s needed most.

Gifts can be used for charitable purposes relating to a specific service such as Palliative Care or Urology or a specific hospital such as; North Tyneside General Hospital or Berwick Infirmary.
